I need a solution
Heads up on win7x64 with office 2013, patch was trying to push MSWU-1999 (kb3115039) and it was causing explorer.exe to crash.
Update fails to install when attempted manually, so I think this is a rules issue, I am working to gather data for the case.
Usually I'm pretty careful about not pushing updates that windows doesn't say that I need, but this one slipped by me (we don't install Onedrive).
Just wanted to share in case it helps someone else.
