Error 1619 while doing software delivery

We deploying one MSI application using software delivery it giving failure error 1619. On this error i found symantec article http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH19553 but we dont have subfolder and in document it saying about if we have subfolder.

we have folder and directly in that MSI package and batch file which having command line inside. Command line which we using is

msiexec.exe /i "application.msi"/qn /l*v "C:\Windows\Log\application.msi_Install.log" /norestart
