Application metering 7.1 - deny policy "Place Holders"

Hi All,

I have searched high and low.  When creating the auto email for a Metering policy, how can I configure the 'Place Holders", i.e. {Policy Name} {Start Date", etc..

When you are inside the body of the message, it will not accept a carriage return, thus the email string is right after each other.  See attachments.  So how do configure the body of the message to include place holders.
