Deploy Image task trying to use firm.exe and failing

I have been trying to resolve an issue using a Deploy Image for a ghost image of Windows 7 x64.  The image pulls fine, the partitions look correct and DeployAnywhere completes successfully.  Once deploy anywhere completes the imaging task tries to run firm.exe, which fails.  The error code in the clientimagedeploy log file is error=183.

I checked our XP x86 imaging task and the clientimagedeploy log shows successful execution of firm.exe.

The only difference I can see so far is that automation for x86 places the primary drive on C: for the windows partition and in x64 automation it is on D: , is firm.exe not selecting the correct drive?  How do I change this...
