Migrating clients to NS 7.1 issue

I recently installed latest version of NS and set up redirection on the old 7.0 box.

Now when I check the agent version in reports theres a couple of hunred (out of 500) that have not upgraded properly. The seem to have just stopped dead in process. symantec agent service is also missing on the PC's
