SEPM upgrade getting stuck at 48%

Hi All,

We have been trying to upgrade SEPM v12 to SEPM v14 for sometime now. The first time when we attempted this we tried to upgrade directly from v12 MP5 to v14 MP1 but during upgrade server upgrade status got stuck at 43% for more than 2 hours and we had to cancel it and roll back.

Then we uninstall SEPM v12 completely and install SEPM v14 and then are configuration we restored the database and we have now come to the same screen and got stuck again. Is there something that i am missing. 

And advice.
