Cannot open the create new package page

Hi all,

Since performing the update to 8.1 I cannot create new packages anymore on my console.

When I open a new task and select the 'create new package' link i get a popup with the error page saying the page is not there. 

Everything apart from that seems to be Ok but i cannot find the link to which the 'Create new package' link is leading.

Anyone has an idea on how to troubleshoot this?
