package exe that uses an xml file

Very new to altiris and do not have a lot of support to call on local so question for the people here, I need to package an upgrade that runs an exe that pretty much brings up a program that needs a xml loaded into it that sets all of the defualts the program needs

Copy folder to the workstation, and run files from C:\

Run as administrator: VarianDeploymentTool.exe

No install options: click Import

Select a package config file:

ARIA_Client_Install_ARIATST.xml

Auto Populates:

is that even possbile? The vendor is not very helpful. I would have to run the exe silent and call that xml to get the settings I need. Did try to extract the exe but there is no msi files in there to use either.
