Unable to choose Filters in Windows Compliance by Bullitien

Hello All,

I have facing a rather strange issue, if I go you Reports > Windows Compliance by Bulletin I unable to choose any Filter By there are no options (we have created multiple filter which we can choose for reporting purposes).

All other users with the same security access are able to see and choose filters, if I go to Parent Server this option works fine this is happening only on our 2 Child servers. I have attached screenshots for reference.

Awaiting any suggestions / guidance

CMS 7.5 Sp1 IE version on Server IE8

Server OS: 2008R2 SP1
