Single Client NSE Files not processing

Hi,

We have quite a few NSE files genetrated by a single client PC that will not process and get stuck in the EvntQueue folder on the NS.

All other NSE files process fine, its just ones from this client.

I'm a bit concerened that the stuck NSE files will impact the performace of the queue

Any ideas on how I get rid of the files and find out why this particular client generates NSE files that cannot be processed will be greatly appreciated
