How to do the command line swich in DS 6.9 for install altiris agent

I use this command on local machine for install Atlris agent and it work

aexnsc.exe –s –a ns=servicedeskns.tmmc.com NOSTARTMENU /s

but I want use this command on DS server is not working, please see the screen shot I have and correct for me
