Software deployment issue

Hi Experts

Need a help ,1  i have installed Symantec Management Console 7.5  on win2008 R2 

2 Have installed all Altiris agents

3 Then have installed plugins as well on all my clients

4 I am trying to depoy Insync client msi on my all my client 

5 For which I have created policy please see the snap below.

Any help on same to resolve my issue will be appreciated. FYI ... I have installed this on my own for first time and I am new this please guide step by step.
