Need appropriate product - Client Management Suite or IT Management Suite or both

Hi, 

I need solution. Customer needs renewal for pcAnywhere, to have remote desktop services of their computers.

Since pcAnywhere is EndOfLife, and three products (Client Management Suite, Server Management Suite & IT Management Suite) have pcAnywhere solution component which has remote services, I need to know the right solution to suggest to the customer. 

Question is: If client has lets say 50 remote clients that has to be accessed and managed, do I only need Client Management Suite, or I need IT management suite also with it for centralized management?

And: How is that licenced, per computer that is managed remotely? Then customer would need 50 licences?
