Issues with upgrading to 7.5 SP1

Hi,

We've upgraded our environment to 7.5 SP1 (from 7.5 HF6) and we have 2 big issues with that:

- When push agent to a machine, only the essential plugins are installed (as screenshot attached). The policies in Settings>Agents/Plug-ins>All Agents Plug-ins (as PcAnywhere, Deployment solution, Patch management, etc) are active, but all the new installations goes bad. No way to install the other plugins

- The NS tasks in "Microsoft Task Scheduler" are empty (as screenshot attached)
