Altiris Software Catalog / Program Association

Hi,

According to our information, Symantec provides a software catalog with more than 200,000 known products that automatically (out of the box, according to our understanding) can get metered.

Unfortunately, we have found in last days that precisely this function does not work as expected.
The products get discovered (attached you can find 2 Screenshots) but can not get metered because of missing file associations.

Do we have the association really manually ? Or do we have configured something wrong ?
