Automated Policy to attached report as a 'csv'?

Good afternoon,

We are running 7.1 R7

I have a need to send a report to a colleague but it will regulary have about 8000 rows in it. So I would like to send it as an attachment in an email if possible. I have been searching tyhe forums but am just seeing alot of piosts asking for this functionliaty but none specifically talking about how this is done. Can anyone verify is this is still on the wish list r if this is possible to do. seems pretty basic.

I know there is an option in the automation policy to send 'report as CSV' but I have a feeling it just formats the content of the body of the email accordingly.

Can anyone clarify?
