Compliance is Low in Altiris Report

Hi,

Can any one help me on that we are facing issue  Low Compliance with two Bulletins mentioned below:-

1- MSWU-716

2- MSWU-698

These are appliacbel for our Enviournment so waht step we can do increase compliance
