Inventory - no longer showing computer model numbers

Good morning,

Before we moved to Management Platform 7.5 HF4, in the resource manager under "Symantec Management Agent Details" the model number used to populate, uniformly.

For exampe, we have a model number M81 (Lenovo), and it will populate as "ThinkCentre M81" on some and as "5030H2U" on others...and then some just say Lenovo without any identifying information.

Is there a reason for this, or is there a way I can get that to adjust itself?
